Daily Build Reports Show No Items Or Changesets were built

Hello,
We have a problem with our build reports since migrating to the SCRUM template in that our build reports generated by Foundation Server show that nothing has been built, but it has.
The only symtoms I can find are in the build output file from MSBuild which says:

Querying item history.
No change sets are submitted to build 'Daily Dev_20100127.1'.
Done executing task "GenCheckinNotesUpdateWorkItems".
And also when I look in the DataWareHouse the details in dbo.[Work Item] for a sample work item (which I know was checked in and built) has nulls in all the field names that begin with Conchango_xxx.
Is there something I need to set up?
