Problem with ScrumConsistencyCheck

I tried to run the tool but ScrumConsistencyCheck has given me the following error:

Hi Carlos,
I suspect this is related to the issue highlighted in this post:

However, I don't believe there is an equivalent fix for the TFS 2005 version of the template.
