Symptom: The capacity trend report 0 after the current day
Cause: A change to the marshalling behaviour between the data set to report code to component code within reporting services. I believe this change which was introduced by Cumulative HF7.
Solution: Upload attached the version of the Sprint Burndown Chart report.
Steps to upload the Sprint Burndown Chart report:
- In Visual Studio on your computer, open your team project report site. This can be accomplished by; Right clicking on the Team Explorer project reports folder and selecting “Show reports site” from the context menu.
- Then upload the report by clicking on the “Upload file” link. Use the subsequent browse button to select the location of the report on your computer. Once selected, check the Overwrite item if it exists, click the “OK” button to start the upload.
- After the upload has completed, click on “Show Details” button and select “Edit” icon adjacent to the Sprint Burndown Chart Report
- Within the Sprint Burndown Chart reports’ properties screen; Click on the “Data Sources” menu option and then the “Browse” button under the TfsReportDS and TfsOlapReportDS to set locations for the following.
- In location box type: / TfsReportDS (when click in TfsReportDS section) and Click the “OK” button.
- In location box type: / TfsOlapReportDS (when click in TfsOlapReportDS section) and Click the “OK” button.
- And finally click the “Apply”.
