Attachment: projectUpgrade.zip Symptom: The “Project Upgrade” utility throws the following exception: Unhandled Exception: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction:http://schemas.microsoft.com/sqlserver/2003/12/reporting/reportingservices/FindItems.   Cause: Changes to the default service configuration (within TFS 2008 SP1) have made the  Project Upgrade utility’s internal code incompatible with the TFS 2008 SP1 environment. Solution: The attached zip file contains a new version of the Project Upgrade utility that is compatible with TFS 2008 and TFS 2008 SP1. Extract the contents of this zip file to the: <Installed Location>\Conchango\Scrum for Team System\tools Folder on your TFS Application Tier. Then use the Utility as normal.
