Hi
I have a request from my manager, a typical manager request i must say, but seems valid. is there a way to color distingush Sprint Backlog Items according to their status. e.g Done in green, In Progress in amber etc ... i told the manager he could use a marker pen, but don't think he was impressed...

Hello Hojoe,
Sounds like a normal Management request to me. In my experience, managers cannot understand numbers unless they are displayed in a nice big pie chart, so having lots of colours should perform the same kind of job!
Unfortunatly, the "Sprint View" report cannot easily adapted in this way. It could be possible to include an addtional data column that indicated the current state of the SBI as it already has an indication of "Done". However, this would involve customising the report. How is your SQL and Reporting services knowledege?
Maybe your suggection of coloured pens might be the best solution!
