Problem with impediments and SBI

Hello:
In the process guidance appear "Estimated Effort" and "Work Remainig" in Impediment "Form" but in my installation no, Why??. My version is 2.1 in TFS 2008 with and without SP1 (Win 2003 R2 SP2).
