Blank Team Project Admin page

I have just setup a new TFS, installed the SFTS template and created a project with it.
When I went to the Project Portal to add my teams I giot a blank page on selecting the Team Project Administration page. No errors just no content.
I searched these forums to see if this issue had been reported and resolved before but found no solution, so started fishing around.
The problem in the end was that the ScrumForTeamSystem virtual directory had not been configured as an application. As soon as I hit the Create button to resolve this the page worked.
Hopefully posting this will help anyone else who has the same issue

Well done Mike, good find. I expect that there was a non fatal exception during the template installation that resulted in the failure of the web application creation.
