Hi Crispin, I understand that the official migration policy is to create a new project based on the new template and then copy items across from the existing project, however this might not be practical in my situation. From what you said the only thing that will be affected in the existing v1.2 project after migration to TFS2008 is that work remaining will not be automatically synchronised between PBIs and SBIs. Would ScrumConsistencyCheck tool developed by Conchango update the work remaining even if the template files have been removed? If not, would it be possible for Conchango to open up the source for the v1.2 template so that the community can try and address the problem of making v1.2 work with TFS 2008? Regards, Alex
