Problem with PBI's work remaining in version 1.2

Hello,
we're having the exact same problem than Tufelix in the following thread :
No update in PBIs and no log in the event log.
We've done and controlled everything that was told him to and our PBI's work remaining still doesn't update automatically.
We also have reviewed all the threads talking about this subject, but none of the solutions did the trick.
But, as Tufelix uses a german version of Windows and probably TFS, we use a
french version of TFS on a french Windows 2003 server. Was his issue
due to the localisation of the system as Stuart Preston seems to say in his last reply? If yes could the patched
installer, he was talking about, work for a french
version?
We would really be glad if someone could tell us if there is a
solution. Until now we "manually" update our work remaining with ScrumConsistencyCheck utility, but we 'd really appreciate a more
automatic solution.
