Add Assigned To field to Bugs WI.

As a QA Lead I want to see "Assigned To" field in the bug WI so that everyone knows who is working on specific issues and which have not been taken by a developer.

From what I understand from the process guidance, the owner field should be set to whoever is handling the bug. Is there some reason this does not work for you?

I also have the same query but how to add the owner filed.Have some body to do this in Backend Database.
