Does the Product Backlog Item Work Item Type not satisfy this requirement for you? If no, why?

there is a variety of tools available on the market that have the capability for creating user stories and im/exporting those into TFS´. The challenge will be to map those stories to the correct entities used within the SCRUM template... we are currently looking into the same direction as our PO's also require a tool to design user stories, create storybóards and define test requirements (qaulity criteria). as soon as we have decided for a tool to help us with this, i will keep you posted (in about 2 months).
cheers

Did you find anything good?
The problem with the PBI as User stories is that I loose trace between a documented requirement and a PBI.
What I'm looking for is a tool that will allow me to extract a requirement out of a HRS file (for example) into a PBI and will keep the links.
Any ideas?
